    Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for some guidance from anyone who is a Stellar Lumens SME. I'm looking to create a wallet to store some XLM that I plan on buying. I downloaded Stargazer, but I wasn't reassured by the security.

I currently have a Trezor hardware wallet, but they don't currently support XLM. Does anyone know if Ledger supports XLM? The Stellar.org website says Ledger supports XLM, but I couldn't confirm that on Ledger's website.

Other than a hardware wallet, is there any wallet that you all would recommend?

I bought the Ledger Nano S a month ago but I still havent used it because Im so afraid I will make a mistake and lose my coins. Especially I found out that the LED screen can only hold up to 5 different kinds of cryptos at a time. Though it supports about 26 coins at least, I don't know how to change the coins in my Ledger, I'm afraid that if I delete them, the coins would be lost, so scary

how can the coins be lost if they are on the blockchain, just don't lose your 24 word recovery phrase attached to your private keys?

Also, if I'm not mistaken, I think they have to have the whole ledger stored on there too.

You just use the ledger manager to add and remove the wallet apps. ... the coins themselves as John said are safe as they are stored on the blockchain and you dont actaully use the wallet to access your store of the coins on the blockchain, you use your key or 24 word seed to access your store of the coins, so you can add/remove wallets at will, the coins will always be there when you re-install the app...

I remove/re-install apps all the time, coins are always there... when you need to update the firmware you will need to re-enter your pass phrase and reinstall the apps - so whatever you do - keep that pass phrase safe... dont let ANYone see it, hide it like you would your porn stash.... and dont ever loose it... and Never store it or enter it online or on your computer anywhere! only keep it on paper that is never seen by your computer, phone or any device that connects to the internet
